I feel upset because when I saw remote control , It looked old and used. The item does not match the picture. The writing on the back of remote control is faded. The words are not clear. Lucky it still can work for my TV . Anyway, I won’t buy it again from here.

Got 2 of them for 2 different tvs. Put in the batteries (not included), programmed each one per the verizon online guide for the P265v and they worked fine right away. Thought I wouldn’t like this 2 button version
My old Verizon 4 button remote stopped functioning. The 4 button was the number of devices it could control. The source selector buttons went bad so you couldn’t power anything on. I took a chance with the 2 button version. It’s laid out exactly the same and the remote is pretty well laid out. It feels solid. Several of the important buttons are backlit. On this one, the ‘5’ is backlit so you can navigate the number pad in the dark. The instructions to program were printed on the battery cover. Though I still had to look it up online. It was easy to program my Sony TV. The STB for the company issued DVR worked with no programming. I don’t think this version will have the same sticky rubber grip issue of the 4 button version. Glad I didn’t pay top dollar to buy some one’s 4 button remote. Happy with this one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Not ready for seniors.
