The bottom of the box was poorly taped with only one piece of tape, which had come almost completely undone, leaving one of the bottom flaps hanging wide open. Luckily the item didn't fall out through that gap and was therefore undamaged. My item could easily have been lost or stolen. More attention needs to be paid to packaging.
