Lied and told me to close the return case, saying they’d help afterward, then did nothing. I wasted hours in eBay support chat trying to fix the mess they caused, only to get nowhere. Completely dishonest, manipulative, and unprofessional. Avoid this seller at all costs unless you want to be scammed, ignored, and stuck with junk you didn’t order.
