    For use in the summer months

    I have bought this product before from another online platform. I compared price & ebay was cheaper by $5. I take 2 capsules before I go on a run & when I'm training for a half marathon, I take 2 capsules every 45 minutes. Florida is hot & humid during the summer and taking this product when I'm out running prevents heat exhaustion, muscle cramping, and loss of minerals & salt. Highly recommend it!

    Cramps are a thing of the past...

    For Low Blood Pressure&Those Who Easily Dehydrate

    Purchased for high schooler who runs Cross Country and seems to dehydrate faster than others. Some folks dehydrate quicker than they should. Gatorade and Power are are loaded with sugar.
