I ripped the plastic off before I realized he sent me the wrong item, but I never even opened the box. And it was in perfect condition other than the fact that the plastic wrap was off of it, which I let the seller know I had already done before I returned the item. His claim that I sent a completely different model back is a lie and completely offensive. Richard is a scammer

I got the item but have no way to use because there was no charging cord. I contacted the seller asking where the cord was and he was very rude and never answered my question. The item was listed as new and never used, I’ve purchased Fire Tablets, iPad etc & all had a charging cord. If you can please look at his replies. I don’t like being threatened by this seller. Help
