But before shipping them back, I've tried with another hearing specialist and I've got them tested and setup without issue, work like new. Seems like the first specialist was trying to manipulate me into buying a new product from him. Great communication, great value, tested product in good condition. My audiologist only needed to make one minor adjustment to make it perfect! I couldn’t ask for better communication, this seller went above and beyond to get everything right!
