Royal Mail left a card through my letterbox telling me they would not deliver the item as the seller paid insufficient postage. I was forced to go through the Royal Mail depot and pay £4.90 . I contacted the seller and sent photos of the card and the receipt for the postage. The seller was dismissive and despite a second attempt by me to ask for a refund of the postage cost, they never responded. This is a scam.
