The film that's supposed to be on the item won't stick which indicates it's definitely not new even if it was wrapped as such. The shipping package wasn't really a package but a reused sliver of an old Amazon mailer. Typically I wouldn't have cared much but for the price, the item not being new, the poor shipping, and scratches makes this hard to gift away as intended.
