I received the item in the description which was considerably cheaper than the one in the heading. The vendor who offered me a partial refund and an offer to keep the item. It was nowhere near enough so I had to barter to get a reasonable refund. Item arrived a day after I ordered - from Amazon, which leads me to believe the vendor just purchased it from Amazon and had it sent to me. The whole dealing was dodgy.
