Not of course the fault of the Seller who packaged and sent the item promptly and in good faith, and who has a sterling reputation. She was most helpful and accommodating, obviously distressed at what occurred. Promptly acted to resolve the matter - I will certainly purchase from her again, and recommend her 100%.
