First told that shipping bc UPS and FedEx would no longer ship to US due to tarrifs, then claimed that he could not ship to Hawaii when asked about other items for sale to the US. Asked me to cancel the order, which I was unable to do due to the bogus tracking number. I filed a complaint with eBay, but will still take another week to get my $$$ back. Feels like a scam.
