    good fit for triumph

    I bought this because the price was $75.00 less than all other sources. Item arrived as advertised. I have a 2010 Triumph bonneville. They fit well. i did use pannier rails to keep bags away from moving parts. Happy so far.

    Solid feel, some poor closures

    The materials and workmanship are quite good. I like the design and they feel fairly rugged. They have some heft to them. Possible Issues: - The snaps are quite weak and pop open on their own. I'm not sure the snaps they chose are suitable for thick materials as leather and canvas. - The clasps are a bit awkward to use and they're made of plastic. A metal quick-release would have been a better choice. I haven't tested these throw-over bags in the rain yet, so can't comment on waterproofing.
