    Shipped quickly. Package received in timeframe as described. Yes, products was new. However, the corner of the shoe box was torn from how it was packaged in the box. Also, the packaging contents was a mismatch of plastic, ripped parts off of bags, like the plastic top of sunflower seeds, (even though the plastic top was NOT from this item), all thrown into the box. The shoes themselves did have a single sheet of filler paper in the box.
