Said they had a-lot to ship but it was a auction they should have been prepared to ship with in a timely manner. The price was right but description as new not accurate this was definitely used. (Hair on the clippers, oil soaked booklet) Yes I received a item but more honesty would have been nice. If you need something in a timely manner I would look elsewhere.
