The reality of paying $575 for a 4.8 x 2.4 m greenhouse is cheap. So for the money the product is okay. The finished product after many many hours of building ends up being quite solid, but be warned the instructions are very average. For example the very last step is impossible without deconstruction of the entire roof, we ended up bending some of the frame to get the required fittings in place. I would recommend having a good think about how you are going to secure the greenhouse to the ground and get that all built first. We built our in the shed and then moved it, building outside with breeze would be very difficult. I will take some photos and try edit the review at a later stage.

Future version could do with upgrade in these areas: Outside screws are not stainless steel, so rusting very fast. Must have a super flat ground level to start with or else a lot of room for errors along the way, the poly carb’ roof sheets at the peak of the gable roof are tucked into a four millimeter ridge - they must be perfect or it will leak, condensation is captured inside the polycarbonate sheets - not a tight air seal.

for the cost it is good. I would prefer a centre upright for the middle of the roof for more support. Its a bit fiddly to put together. Instructions could do with a bit of a tweek. Would suggest setting up the front and back up and even trying to set the roof together before putting up - but this would mean having many hands to do it. you need a step ladder and long arms to get to the top once its up. Make sure all the grooves are straight before trying to slide in panels - mine were a bit out of whack probably due to transport. All in all looks good - I just need the level off the ground it is sitting on. I have purchased long steel bars to peg it into the ground - will wait and see what its like on a windy day.

Does anyone know which side is uv protected? One side of the polycarbonate has a white protective plastic film the other a clear protective film. Both peel of but would like to know which side faces the sun.
