First off, this item was purchased for $20.05. Original advertisement showed free shipping. The item was defective in that when trying to separate item from its backing, it started to tear. This is instruction on item itself. Contacted and explained to seller that this item does not make sense and why it does not make sense. Seller told me it would gladly accept my return, but refused to give back the purchase price. Out of $20.05, seller claims to have returned $13.80.
