I am very pleased with this fan. As usual, Antec delivers a good product. When I first set up my RAID array with my LSI 9260-4i, heat was a concern, and the passive aluminum heatsink ran pretty hot. I kept a floor fan just a foot or so away from the open case to keep the card cool, while this fan came in. I ordered it specifically as a cooling system for the card. Because it functions as a vacuum/exhaust system, I was a little concerned that the lack of cool air blowing directly onto the aluminum heatsink would result in at least slightly warmer temps than with the floor fan. I was wrong. This fan, which seats just about 2mm away from the RAID heatsink, is actually keeping the heatsink one shade above cool, when on its highest setting (the RAID card runs very hot, so I am not going to bother testing the fan on its lower settings). Literally, direct contact with my hand to the side of the heatsink yields only a very slight warmness. As long as this fan continues to work, my RAID card is safe from heat. I am impressed. As for the noise level at the highest settings, I am aware that some have complained, but I do not mind it. While noticeable, it is a "soft" noise, and not something that is going to bother me over time, especially after I close the case. In fact, I appreciate the noise, because it is just enough for me to notice if the fan ever fails for some reason, giving me enough time to protect the card. Since this fan is so less valuable than the RAID card, and of course my data, I will only run it at its highest setting, because it provides the most cooling. I'm ready to replace it on an as-needed basis. The only "drawback" is the Molex connector. You'll need a SATA-to-Molex adapter to run this fan with an all-SATA PSU.Read full review

For what this fan is it moves quite a bit of air, however, it is LOUD even on the low setting with a nasty coil whine. Even the casing itself has a bit of an acoustic nature to it which doesn't help. This fan is quite useful to put in the vertical card slots of some newer cases to help exhaust extra air. Placing this on a switch, fan hub or MB fan port so you can control when you need it would be helpful. Running it all the time is annoying but while in the throws of high performance gaming is fine.

This fan moves plenty of air and is very quiet. It also has a 3 speed control switch. I run the fan on medium speed and it moves plenty of air. I would recommend this fan. For the price, this fan is good deal.

I have one of these fans right on the back and one right up close to the front. Help my temps massively on a standard lower cost 1080 Ti FE card. I'm getting great boost speeds now with the help of overclocking software that I could even come close to before. Anyhow great fan low noise, can boost your gaming experience in some applications.

The Antec Super Cyclone Blower is great! Putting it next to a hot SAS expander has kept it extremely cool. Did I mention it's silent? Three speeds let you control the level of noise, but even on the highest setting it's very quiet.
