Superior Quality
It is slightly heavier than a standard RUBBER DUCK type antenna ...the helical wound wires within it are of a higher gauge...reception is better...not that you need it with a hand-held unit, but I suspect this antenna can take a higher input wattage . Overall, great quality.

Bill shipped FAST!!! Great updates on shipping and follow up. Now the Antenna VSWR is 1.1 on channel 20 (mid band) at ch 40 and ch 1 is around 1.7 but its tuneable if you want to run at the band edges. just remember to put the rubber cap back on when checking the match or you will get "false" SWR readings!! and the antenna length at 10 inches and not too flexible you will know its on your belt.also it still receives WX weather band on my Midland 75-822 HT fairly well. Great replacement CB antenna
I recommend this to anyone else who has a handheld CB with a BNC connector. I got a couple old CBs and the original antenna on one of them had a really high SWR. This replacement is great and has tuneable adjustment to lower SWR to the center frequency of the channel you use most.

I would have to say by far this is one of the best CB rubber duck antennas I've ever used it's way better than stock ones that will only get you about a mile or two if you're lucky I just got a contact 5 miles out I would definitely recommend this it's a definite goodbye it's worth it 😃

Once started I noticed when farther stations never I heard are perceived, more sensitive audio while transmission waves scattered up a little bit more far as 1/8 mile boosted on my wt receives reports from bar meters display.
