Swivel phone cord un-twister didn't fit.
Got this as I always seem to twist up the coiled phone cord on our land line phone. I hoped this would work as I checked the number of wires in the cord that this requires. When I received it, it didn't fit the hand set. I tried it on another phone we had and it didn't fit either. Maybe my phones are too old? It might work for some folks but not us. The detangler was a very good deal and I was delighted to get it but, it didn't fit my phone so, I couldn't use it and I wasn't going to write and complain about it because it didn't matter that much. I didn't answer the other two questions because I didn't get to use it. When I tried to put it on the phone cord, the two prongs on the detangler were too large and they broke and, of course, wouldn't go into the plug. A must have for pet peeve...
I cant STAND it when my phone cord tangles up at work. Nothing ever helps. Until I bought this! Hasnt tangled one time since. My only complaint is that it is a tad bit too bulky so the handset almost doesn't lay right when hung up. It works though, and I would recommend. Ships fast also! A+
