Zero cares that they false advertise, or the product they sent was made incorrectly. They stopped responding after proof it does not fit!! I have videos and pictures showing this does NOT fit! Had to drill out hole for home button, had to cut rubber stoppers in half and had to take out padding for this to fit WITHOUT a case even fyi. Couldn’t return because seller stopped emaiReply from: avsupply- Feedback replied by seller avsupply.- Feedback replied by seller avsupply.This is beyond the pale. I have every email back and forth and have proof that 10.2" iPad's fit perfectly in this unit. We responded to each and every email you sent, and that can be proven and will gladly give receipts to any customer that would like to see them. Sad that you had to give a negative feedback because you wanted to return the item months after you purchased it by claiming your iPad doesn't fit all of a sudden doesn't fit.

I previously ordered these RCA adapters and USPS lost them after they were scanned at the local PO. I sent a message about what happened as a purely informational message as I wasn't too concerned about $10.93 . I ordered a second set and did not want any confusion which is why I sent a message. To my surprise the response was a refund even though it was not his fault. Now that is exceptional!

It works great, very pleased and happy with the purchase. Condition, brand new and made very well. Looks great. The value, excellent, not much difference from buying 1 to 2, so I purchased the 2 pack. Don't really need 2, but one day I may or a friend may need one, for free of course. Packaged very well. Shipped very fast. Excellent ebay seller. Highly recommended. A 5 star+++++.
