Teller entspricht nicht der Beschreibung: Der Teller hat zwei Sicht und fühlbare Anschläge am Rand - ergo Zustand NICHT sehr gut sondern: mangelhaft Die Farbe ist auf dem Angebotsfoto so wie der Teller sein sollte im original entspricht der Blauton nicht Royal blau , sondern Wölkchen bzw. himmelblau passt also nicht zum vorhandenen Royal blau Geschirr. Mein Fazit: Beschreibung falsch, Farbe falsch Ware defekt Verkäufer/in von sich und Ihrer Ware überzeugt - also doch nur mein Fehler!

Schade dass dieser Kunde nicht zufrieden ist - die Farbe variiert bei dieser Serie immer etwas durch die handwerkliche Herstellung. M. Ea. ist der Teller in gutem gebrauchten Zustand, die Fehler die der Kunde gesehen hat sehe ich nicht. Diese negative Bewertung ist nicht für mich nicht nachvollziehbar und nicht gerecht, da der Kunde einen frankierten Rückversandaufkleber und sein komplettes Geld umgehend nach Rücksendung der Ware erhalten hat.

There was a problem with the delivery due to DHL. The seller was extremely helpful and prompt in responding to messages and followed up the delivery service to ensure a proper delivery. The porcelaine plates were packed impeccably and despite a long journey with several stops were well protected and pristine in condition. I would certainly highly recommend this seller. She has gone to a lot of trouble to make sure the objects were delivered and with excellent communication.

Soweit so gut: schöne Teller, guter Preis, Lieferung im genannten Zeitfenster. Leider waren 2 von 3 Tellern zerbrochen. Dafür kann aber der Verkäufer nichts, die Verpackung war OK. Hermes ist leider nicht der zuverlässigste und sorgfältigste versender. Diese Erfahrung mache ich nicht zum ersten Mal.
