The one I got 'seems' to be from Nintendo but it was swollen up/engorged, probably from age and/or change of season temperatures since I live in the very cold areas of US. Battery worked as intended, and it lasts pretty good on one charge. Battery was in original packaging, sealed and unopened.Buyer Recommended!
