This seller shipped the wrong relays to me. They weren’t even the same style that was pictured. I was supposed to receive ones that accepted spade terminals and received ones that are pcb mounted types. Not only that but they were the entirely wrong part number and voltage. The seller has not messaged me back regarding the wrong items being sent nor have they responded to my message asking for my refund. I’ve attached pics of what I was supposed to get and what I did get. I wouldn’t recommend!

The package is incomplete. I needed this part to get my car back on the road. Now I'm still having to ride a bike 3.5 miles to and from work each day. I would like you to mail me the missing part ASAP!!! ESPECIALLY SINCE I CANT ORDER A NEW ONE!!! Your shop limits a customer to only 2 orders within every 10 days and I ordered 2 different plugs. So now I'm blocked from fixing things on my end. Can't even order a new one. GREAT!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Also took a week to get here.
