It's not the Original controller because it's Not compatible with Xbox headsets, I purchased for my son who loves to communicate via headset and it doesn't work any of his 3 headsets. I thought it was just a bad one, but I tried both controllers since I purchased 2 and neither work. Other than that the shipping was great and customer service seems attentive.

I have another one of these controllers for xbox 360, and figured out that the xbox one stock controllers are absolute crap (for 60$ i wasnt taking chances) so i got another one of these. Shipped fast, great pricing, looks just as good as pictured! Would definitely recommend to people looking to upgrade their controllers, whether they want mods or not, they can always be turned off completely!

I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy bulk controllers, but when they came they looked brand new, and preform just like a $60 brand new one you get from Microsoft. And they sent batteries with them. I could care less that they came in a plain brown box. As long as they work.

Wish it shipped in a more protected manner rather than a bag. The right bumper has become unresponsive after about 2 months of normal play. Not sure of the cause but makes me wish I had bought the $5 warranty.
