Shipped me 10 STATIC SENSITIVE IC chips and never had the PROFESSIONALISM to use static protective materials (static foam or ESD protective bags). This guy calls himself "Asian Engineer". If he were a REAL Electrical Engineer, he would be professional enough to make these kinds of shipments correct. USE THE CORRECT MATERIALS TO TRANSPORT ESD SENSITIVE ITEMS YOU DUMBASS. The chips are garbage; they are compromised. Would not use them in circuits. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS GUY AGAIN.
