I have ordered from NewEgg several times in the past. My experiences used to be acceptable. However this time, my Xbox one S arrived with a defective fan unit. The company will accept no reutrns, even if defective. It sounds like the bearings are worn out. The LB button on the controller also was jammed in as I unpacked it from the box. Not sure if these are refurbs mislabeled as New, or it was just a bad batch of older models that has been sold in an effort to make room for newer models. Either way what good is an excellent price if you receive a unit that is going to need a servicing on day one.

Loving the Xbox One S. Got it on ebay for $170. Playing COD WWII with friends is amazing. Everything works as expected. Can't complain too much since the price is ridiculously low but I do wish the menus and overall UI wasn't so bad. Long time PS4 user and I'm used to that system but I am disappointed with how slow and un-intuitive the menus are.
