Pin wasn't the color in picture. She explained why she had lighting mishap and she said she would Refund me and send pin because of her fault. I was not exspecting the pin & refund together but she insisted and very sorry. I recieved the pin very fast and was wrapped perfect with a pretty gold box. I Cry almost because pin was nice but wrong color but she did everything to make it a plesent experience. I would buy from her again!! A good Seller and I could tell she cares.
