    Got item 8th April. Paid £38.19. £30.19 customs charge £8 royal mail handling fee. Paid on line 27th March requesting delivery 29th March that didn't happen. Received a card from royal mail requesting custom charge and handling fee 5th April. Phoned royal mail explained I had already paid the fee, to be told it can be redelivered or picked up. I picked up the item as I got fed up of waiting. Only to find on inspection the stitching on the item was not done very well as described. Disappointed.
