There was a problem with the delivery due to DHL. The seller was extremely helpful and prompt in responding to messages and followed up the delivery service to ensure a proper delivery. The porcelaine plates were packed impeccably and despite a long journey with several stops were well protected and pristine in condition. I would certainly highly recommend this seller. She has gone to a lot of trouble to make sure the objects were delivered and with excellent communication.
