Sustain and gain
This item was purchased to replace a bridge that was considered by professionals to be inferior. I purchased a resomax after reading many reviews of the product. Luckily the string spacing and bushing spacing were the same and no rerouting was necessary. The guitar does sound better and has a better sustain ad volume too. Consider it if wrap around bridges are your thing.

Nice bridge
I got this to replace my PRS SE EG tailpiece. Huge advantage to be able to intonate a little more exactly. There was a decent improvement in sustain, but not dramatic. Happy with the purchase.
