they shipped the wrong item, after i repacked and shipped item back, they contacted me every day by email and sometimes by phone to ask me close the return. when i finally did receive replacement item, it had been damaged because is was packaged wrong. they offered a 50$ coupon to their store. when it will cost over 100$ to repair it. mistakes do happen but they refuse to compensate any amount for my time or repairing the item. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.

We offer free assistance in replacing the wrong machine. The replaced machine may have cracks due to transportation, and the customer said they can repair it without affecting its use. We will provide a discount coupon as compensation, and the buyer will continue to extort and maliciously leave a negative review.
