The first overrunning coupler I ordered arrived damaged and unusable. Reliable Aftermarket Parks issued a full refund the following business day and also offered 10% off my next order. So, I ordered another overrunning coupler. For some reason, the price of the second coupler was about 33% more than the first coupler even though the orders were only about 10 days apart. Second one arrived in good shape. Both couplers included the pin. Fast shipping on both orders.

Purchased item for $19.00. Get a message several days later stating refund issued due to problem with shipping. Contacted directly and got told I bought last one in stock at $19 and it got lost in shipping or delivered to wrong address. Item now listed for $33.99 and if I want another one I have to pay the increased price. I have to question this. The honorable and RELIABLE thing to do would be to sell me another one at the original price of $19. But nope
