Dylan was very accommodating and supportive. I was going on vacation in December. So he agreed to send the post a little late on my request. When the first package was lost due to unknown reasons, he sent the second package for no extra cost. That was very thoughtful of Dylan. Kefir granules were in very good condition. Super happy with my purchase - went for the buy two get one free promotion. By the second fermentation the Kefir milk was thick and creamy. My happy Kefir grains are going great guns multiplying and growing big and fat. I have taken a teaspoon out and are in the process of setting up a jar for my son.
