Item lasted a month. Have to pay to return items Photographic evidence not enough for how do you film an intermittent capacitor fault ? Probably only rely on units boot sequence to test unit then put in new battery, doubt any are inspected. Capacitors etc

A verbatim copy of what we offered: "If you do send it back I'll offer to send you a different unit without seeing the fault first. We can put the return on long term test here. I'll point out we already offered to send a swap in unit without cells without need for a return if you can video the fault along with the serial and warranty sticker."
