They were sealed well, arrived about a week, but no instructions as to place them in the fridge or they could just sit in the pantry till I was ready to start my Kefir ferment. It did say follow instructions carefully on the packet, but there were none. I also checked on here to see if they left instructions under the description, but didn’t see any. Anyway all done now I started my ferment today so hopefully all will be good. I have worked with kefir before so went with my knowledge on starting

Incredibly robust grains. Burst into life is soon as I put them into milk. Seller sent a few basic recipes and how to hints for the Kefir as soon as I had purchased. Very responsive to questions.
