Good quality 18650 cells, and competent 4-slot charger . It will not charge a battery that is inserted reverse-polarised, and it charges low-voltage batteries at a very low rate until they come up to about 3 V. Charge current for one 18650 battery is about 600 mA at 3.7 V, and it drops gradually to about 50 mA at 4.25 V. That is very gentle and seems very safe.I had some issues with a couple of the batteries, which was resolved to my satisfaction very quickly. Communications were excellent.

The customer service of these guys is absolutely first class outstanding. Not only did the good arrive in 3 days from the time I ordered, but when I found that a part got damaged in transit and reported it with a picture, they responed within hours to say they had posted a new item this time wrapped in bubble wrap to protect it better!
Even if this thing didn't work I'd be chuffed!!
