Verified purchase

At first the item did not work. I contacted the seller and was sent another one, unfortunately the result was the same. I contacted the seller again and was told that they were going to check to insure the item was programmed with the correct file. I received the third one and it works like a charm. I really appreciate the sellers diligence and will certainly buy from them again.
