Very quick shipping on this item. I'm thrilled to have the watch and it is in excellent condition. Unfortunately it is not technically new and unsealed; it had been opened before, with the battery tab removed and other signs of handling. However everything was in place and I don't enjoy the watch any less, especially at the competitive price. I did order this watch from them twice, but one package never arrived (I believe USPS lost it). I was not offered a refund or replacement. Careful!
