Ordered genuine Cal-Van 389-100 replacement thread repair insert specifically because I wanted the genuine part. Listing specifically states Original Cal-Van product. The product we received is in a non-descript package with absolutely no label of any kind and doesn't resemble the one pictured in the listing. No way to know what exactly we received and with all of the cheap knock-off products available, we could have purchased 4 generic ones for the price of one original. Buyer Beware!!!!
