Perfect transaction! Telephone was shipped from the Netherlands, and while it took a while to get to Texas (expected), it arrived in perfect condition. Item exactly as in photos and described. Great seller!

Typewriter arrived with several malfunctioning or broken keys, contrary to "works great" advertising. It was shipped with plenty of padding surrounding the typewriter's case, but almost none protecting the typewriter from shaking inside the case. I might succeed in fixing the machine, but a repair project is not what I paid for, nor had reason to expect.
