Purchased two phone cases and one was delayed for several days. Arrived 3 days after the other case and had clearly been opened and package re-sealed. I guess its the chance you take when items are coming from China and need to pass through customs. Items both in new/good condition and seller communication was very good. Thanks.

The item, which fortunately has no marks, although it is listed as new, arrived with: the box unsealed, semi-assembled, with the protective foils removed, already programmed and with channels stored. It has obviously been used at least a little and not just tried on. The seller was precise, fast and efficient but I didn't like these surprises, if the advertisement says 'new' I demand a box intact and sealed with the product untouched as it leaves the factory.
