POOR EXPERIENCE: items pictured appeared to be accessories; when I asked about them vendor did not specify that they were not accessories but were attched to items. Fed back to me phrase I used: "everything pictured will be there" rather than saying those details were included (I was asking about wing rockets on plane and jets on deck of carrier). Vendor also said they would refund partial money for multiples items purchased without combined shipping, never issued. I feel duped: CAVEAT EMPTOR.

Buyer never contacted me to let me know he was upset about this transaction. I strive to make sure that all of my buyers are happy with their items. I always accept returns and will always try to work out issues to the buyer's satisfaction. I tried to contact him after receiving this feedback and got no response. I gave a full refund on all items purchased. He received all items that he purchased in perfect condition and I still am not quite sure what he was upset about.
