The times I had to reach out to the seller, reply was fast. Upon arrival, I noticed that the pipe was 2.5", and for some reason I thought it was supposed to be 3". This was 100% my fault, and not the fault of the seller, so I reached out and asked politely if I could send it back and get a refund, and instead seller gave me a full refund on the spot, even though it wasn't seller's fault at all.
