      Solid overall product loaded with features you won't find in other gaming headsets.

      Overall a solid gaming headset. Sound quality is great, price point is justified, and includes features I didn't even know I wanted but definitely make a big difference. My favorite feature -- being able to seamlessly dim / switch between in-game sound and Discord. Sometimes the in-game music can be a bit too loud and makes hearing people talk difficult and sometimes I want to really listen to in-game dialogue, so having a built-in equalizer allowing you to dial to your preference is huge. Battery life is great too.

      Not disappointed

      I love the idea of upcycling and buying refurbished products to promote less waste. These headphones are fantastic, appeared brand new at a better cost and also backed by a warranty. Great purchase, highly recommend.

      Nice gaming headset, with great features.

      I bought this gaming headset for my husband and my son several years ago for Christmas, they both really like it. Husbands quit charging... so he wanted a new one, and with other options out there he still wanted THIS one, as he really like it. Good sound, easy to use, comfortable fitting, noise cancellation, good mic, wireless.

      High quality audio and mic

      I’m very happy with my new steel series headset! The mic quality is very high and the audio sounds great as well. I love being able to customize the audio to my preference with the equalizer. My only complaint is with my particular headset whenever I mute myself I do see my mic popping up in the game every now and then as if it was on. Not a big deal but I wish this was fixed during the refurbishment process.

      Amazing headset

      Hands down the most affordable and great pair. These are so incredibly comfortable, I also have a small head though. My husband has a bigger head and said he didn't like the type headband they had. But I absolutely love it. 10/10 would recommend.
