The knob arrived well packaged and it was obviously a new item.
I was concerned when I put the knob on my gear stick because the gear pattern was upside down! I took some pictures and sent them along with a message to the seller who, after a bit of confusion, told me that the top of the knob could be removed and turned around! Phew! It wasn’t easy to get the top off, but it did eventually come off and I was able to turn it around.
The knob feels good in my hand.
