When I received the package, the box was squished. I plugged the USB in the nano mister for 3 hours like the instructions said and it was glowing red which was a good sign. BUT, after 3 hours later, I poured water in the face mister and pressed the button and I didn't even see the blue light or mist. I'm very disappointed that I spent money on a face mister that wouldn't work.
