We received this mirror motor and after installation it operated in reverse directions. We contacted the seller and they said they would return half the money if we would just accept the way it worked. We rejected that offer since it was not sold as advertised to work properly. They agreed to a full refund but then stopped responding. No money refunded and we had to buy another motor from another seller too! Do not buy from this seller. They do not stand behind their product.
