    The item came in the mail quickly and all i and appeared like the picture however the item itself was nonfunctional and you could hear there was something rattling inside item and the vacuum feature didn't work after taking it apart i discovered it was the fan blade and i reattached it and it works ok its perfect for pimples though not so much ear wax

    Love this thing, just gotta find out how to hook on the metal spoon, came with everything, works very well the picture is perfect not pixelated, so worth the buy will be definitely getting another one to use for my animals ears.

    It's ok

    Maybe I don't know how to use this well or I have a small ear canal, but I have a hard time finding a clear picture/angle. Sometimes I can get a clear image, so I know it has the ability to show a clear image. I can also tell that just by using it to look at anything else, like a close up of my finger. It didn't come with any instructions for the attachments, so I couldn't quite figure out how to use some of them. None of them seem to help getting good look inside the canal and the scope is way too hard to use it without anything attached, meaning it doesn't fit in my ear canal smoothly at all. Luckily, I have an attachment from a normal otoscope I use. However, that obviously doesn't work well since it doesn't attach, but it helps some. Without that I actually think this product would be ...

    Decent quality at a decent price but doesn't work on phone

    For the price, the quality of this product seems very good. My main problem with it was that it didn't work with my phone. I downloaded the app they recommended and it didn't work. I tried three more apps and nothing - I was getting ready to return it when I decided to see if it would work on my computer. It took more effort than usual to download & run the program on my computer but, once it all got set up, it worked great. So, I'd give it five stars if it worked on my phone, which is how I wanted to use it.

    Amazing value, saves a trip to the Oto Rhinologist!

    Cheap, easy, really resolved my problem since I swim regularly. Easy to lose the individual components and I would be very careful about the plastic extensions which makes it awkward to insert to any depth in your ear canal. However for shallow work it does an excellent job. Clear and easy and still working, I bought two more to pass to family and friends.
