A very good price, it arrived quickly and without damage. There were a couple of very small issues, the phone seemed to be set up for the Australian market and automatically installed a Telstra app that I wasn't allowed to skip but the phone works perfectly with an O2 UK sim card so no real problem there. The only other thing was the spare nibs for the stylus appear to be missing from the box, I'm not sure if this was something Samsung forgot about on their end as the box was sealed.

Had to return the phone back because my elderly mother-in-law just wasn't happy with it, but the model itself is really good for old people to use.
