I consider these items an acceptable way of adding additional rounds to a very short low capacity magazine. I don't care for the appearance of the extra length but it does have its purposes. Any way to increase the capacity of a 6 round magazine is a good idea. All G43 aftermarket magazines have an additional place on them for your fourth finger and the factory magazines do not, so the additional grip surface is absolutely essential to carry and shoot the Glock G43 and similar Polymer80 builds.
